L: Ham & Cheese in high protein wrap. The carbs were 16 which is kind of high, but I was really wanting a sandwich.

D: Applebees - I hate chain restaurants! Ugh! I suspect I'll get some kind of salad.

Thanks!  I'm excited.  This week is "easy."  2 mi easy, 3 mi easy, 2 mi easy, and 4 mi easy.  Not that these things are that easy for me!  

I hate chains for the most part too.  Some are easy, but a lot just serve too many varieties of crap.

I'm coming off four days celebrating my birthday on Friday.  I dreaded getting on the scale this morning knowing how I pushed the envelope over the weekend, but the FSM was good to me.  Hanging tight at 215 lbs, and back on program.
