I hate chains for the most part too. Some are easy, but a lot just serve too many varieties of crap.

I'm coming off four days celebrating my birthday on Friday. I dreaded getting on the scale this morning knowing how I pushed the envelope over the weekend, but the FSM was good to me. Hanging tight at 215 lbs, and back on program.
