Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Tuesday
Today is a big day for me - I started my 10k training plan this morning and I'm starting Aikido this evening. I've been having the realization that, eventually, my body is probably going to say, "okay, that's enough." with all of this exercise stuff. I hope that I'm aware enough to realize when that happens.
1: breakfast at IHOP (no idea what I'll get - I'm stuck there while waiting for my car to get serviced)
2: frankenshake
3: sweet and sour shrimp
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 44:09:04 10k training for a total of 2.21 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), yoga class if I have the car by then, aikido class
