Don't get too attached to one flavor of protein shakes or powders. 1-You'll be sick of it by the time you can eat mushy foods, and 2-Your sense of taste and even smell may alter after surgery, and what tasted good before surgery tastes horrible afterward. I couldn't stand the smell and taste of nearly everything until 3-4 weeks post-op. Weird, but it happens.
