I went to a newsletter mailing party for my nonprofit today, and had an unconventional lunch of snack foods. But I hope to continue my losing streak, none-the-less.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - humus and crackers, raw veggies, and 5 little chocolate cookies
Lunch2 - chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes - yummy and healthy
Dinner - crack slaw - also yummy and healthy
snack - hopefully none, or wheat thins and humus.
water - good
vitamins - good
exercise - back to the gym. I can't believe how happy I am to be working out again. What a change for health! I am so pleased. Plus recumbent bike
I hope you are all well and enjoying this beautiful spring day (Its sunny and 75 here in the Boston suburbs.)
Carol

Strange day for me for food. I went to a smoothie place with a friend for lunch and ended up getting a smoothie. I'm not sure how people think that smoothies could possibly be healthy for us - I feel like a drank a glass of liquid sugar. It was tasty liquid sugar, and I made the choice to drink it knowing that, but I don't fool myself for one moment into believing that it was healthy for my body or useful to my weight loss.
1: frankenshake
2: thai chicken salad + amazing smoothie (not both at once, we ate, talked for hours, and then I got the smoothie)
3: some sort of leftover fish
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:04:16 10k training for a total of 3.36 miles (it was a GLORIOUS day to run!), 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes aikido class
