Good morning

Good morning everyone. Hope all is well. I am doing ok. Still husband very sick. He was scheduled to go to Univ of penn for treatment this coming Monday, they called and said they don't take his insurance so he would have to pay in full out of pocket. He has a rare blood disorder that leaves him with huge blisters all over his body. Thank you Obama care, nobody takes his insurance. Yesterday I came home and he was sobbing. I'm trying to be strong. I gotta do better taking care of myself so I can help him. Well going to eat breakfast then heading to the gym. I don't go on the scale, just wait til I see my doctor. I don't want to see the numbers on the scale but people keep saying to me "are you losing wt, yes, you lost wt" I just say "a little" and keep it moving. Have a great day everyone. Did I mention I completed 210 miles since March. Love to push myself especially with the stress at home. Enjoy your day. Don't let anyone bring you down. Stay on YOUR plan and DO YOU.
Might I suggest that you call your insurance or go on their website and ask them which doctors are in your husband's network. I'm sure very few of us have free rein to choose any doctor anywhere. I thank the ACA every day that I have been able to get health insurance at all.

I am so sorry you and your husband are going through such stress and pain. Don't let personal set backs throw you off track as you have worked too hard and come too far to get distracted now. Unfortunately life happens and we just need to find ways to deal with it. (Especially the things that are beyond our control). You are right, you need to take care of yourself so you are better able to take care of your husband. You have a great attitude, just take a deep breath and move forward the best you can. Take care!
Your husband's condition sounds awful! How horrible for him and for you to have to watch him deal with it :-( But good for you for sticking with your exercise. And I bet you'll be thrilled with the number on the doctor's scale
P.S. I had to really work hard to read your post because colored font is brutal to read...especially for old eyes like mine. Lots of people will see the colored font and will immediately move on without reading. Just some kindly advice...
