Chart Review and Submission

Well, I just got word from my surgeon's office that my chart is under review to make sure that I have all of the information needed for insurance. If I do then it will get submitted to insurance...if there is anything missing then I will have to get that taken care of...hard to believe that I am this close. Hard to believe that this will be happening eventually.

It always seems to take forever and then all of a sudden you are there! Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will be coming out of recovery into your new life!

Absolutely correct and am a little scared too. 

Im in this phase any word or progress on yours

No word yet but my surgeon and his team are top notch and it is a very busy office. They will get to it but I would like to have surgery by July...hopefully...but who knows. 

I guess when it rains it pours.

Just got a call from my surgeon's office. Looks like everything is a go!!

June 23: Doctor's Appt in Dayton.

June 24: EGD (scope my esophagus and stomach for ulcers...should be fun.) scheduled at Grandview for 7AM

July 6, THE BIG DAY--bright and early--no time yet at Grandview in Dayton.

Pre-admission testing will be at some point.

They could have had the surgery scheduled later this month but I wanted to give myself time to process and realize that this is now happening.
