Starting week 2 - success!
I walked a mile today! It was my first walk outside of the house. I've been too embarrassed to walk outside because I couldn't tolerate pants on my sore post-op tummy. But, today, the yoga pants feel good. And I walked! I've lost 20 pounds so far, and my ankle can really tell! It didn't even ache (though my hip was a little concerned with all the extra movement LOL). Still, I feel really good. Energy is great. And it's the longest I've been able to walk without any significant pain since my ankle surgery 2 years ago! I'm so excited!!
I just wanted to share that with someone that might understand :) Thanks all!
I so happy for you! What a great victory for you! And it only gets better!
Keep up the good work.
