Thank goodness it's Friday! It's a busy day for me but my parents are coming into town this evening for a long weekend. I am very excited to see them but of course i am trying to get all the last minute things done before they get here.
B: Carbmaster chocolate milk pre-workout and protein shake post work out
B2: egg beater omelette w/ 1 tbsp protein powder and 1/4 c jalapeno cheese
L: Morningstar veggie burger
D: not sure yet. I have to pull something out of the freezer

E: boot camp this morning and walked 2.5 miles

Today started out odd -- I woke up at 5 am unable to sleep, but exausted, so it's 10 and I've already had 2 meals...
b1 - chicken w/ brussel sprouts
b2 - checken w/ brussel sprouts
s - water water water
l - fit frappe @ airport or a salad
s - airplane peanuts
d - kielbasa, corn on the cob, salad (dinner w/ the parents)
s - wine ?!?
e - I should do this -- once I wrap up work, I'll do something before heading to the airport, depends on how much time I have.

B; wasn't in the mood to eat, i just had fresh mozzarella

L left over taco meat with cheese and protein powder from last nights dinner portion i didn't finish, and more fresh mozzarella

D not sure; its 'Morristown bar scene night' not MY scene but maybe i will do a shake before hand so i don't go overboard.

Glad it's Friday too! We have a busy weekend ahead of us with a music concert for my kiddos.
B: I mixed some leftover carne asada with a scrambled egg, cheese and half a jalapeno. It was pretty yummy.
L: I'm stuck at our shop, alone, and can't leave, so lunch is jerky.
D: I don't know yet. Perhaps more jerky because we have music concert rehearsal
E: I swam 1000 meters this morning!

This has been a tough week for me, and I'm looking forward to spending the weekend with my kids and grand-kids. They put things back in perspective!

exercise - I got back on the recumbent bike today for the first time since my plastics. It felt GOOD!

W - 70oz so far working towards 90 before bedtime
