Not enough calories and SCARED
Sounds like you could have a stricture (search the forums here if you're not familiar with what I'm talking about). I would be calling your surgeon's office ASAP, telling them what's going on, and asking to be checked for one right away. It's a simple thing to check and to fix, fortunately, but it needs to be fixed ASAP.
400-500 calories at 4 months out isn't too far off from what I was eating. I'm also the same height as you. Your surgery weight is really low, it wouldn't even qualify for WLS for most insurances, so I'm presuming you lost a lot pre-op or had other risk factors? I'd get back to the surgeon. P.S. I almost went with Macik, but chose Michael Williams in Alpharetta. Good luck to you! Feel better soon.

Thank you so much for your input. It's a small world! I was a cash-paying patient, as I definitely didn't qualify for insurance. That said, I'm wondering what in the world I've done to myself. Diabetes and heart disease runs in my family, so I was definitely motivated to have this surgery to help prevent this from happening to me.
I spoke to Dr. Macik today, and he recommended that I have an endoscopy to check for a stricture. That's what I'm feeling like has happened. I'm going to the hospital in he morning for fluids, as I'm extremely dehydrated. So sad. Sigh.
