What do you go by?  I'm thinking with clothes because you have clothes on at the doctor, but I like Onderland!!

I weigh in my undies b/c my scale is in the kitchen and I don't want to scare the neighbors :)

+1 for naked weight. Clothes aren't a part of your body and don't accurately reflect what has been lost or gained.

Congrats on Onederland!!

I also weigh naked in the morning before I eat or drink anything, and after my morning constitutional, if I have one!  :)  At the WLS program, they subtract weight to compensate for the clothes.  I think it's 2 lbs. for winter clothes, and 1 or 1 1/2 for lighter clothing, to get a more accurate read.

I think I'll start doing it naked! What if my dietician doesn't subject though?
