Well I have one busy month coming up!!  My 17 year old daughter joined the National Guard this week, prom today and graduation at the end of the month.  Feeling emotional and ate things yesterday i haven't been eating in months!!  Today is a NEW day!!

I think recognizing you screwed up is half the battle. I doubt there is a single one of us that hadn't had a day that's gone to pot, despite all the best laid plans.

The key is recognizing it, and not letting it turn in to a week, then a month of going off plan..

Today is a new day!  And you should spend time to figure out why you ate the way you did and what you can do to avoid the same action in the future.  We'll always have emotional days, eh?  :/
