Happy Thursday!!! And a beautiful one in Jersey!

B 100 cal protein shake

S 1 string cheese

L Cold cut roll up and part yogurt

S maybe other part of my yogurt

D taco meat with cheese and sour cream with protein powder

Vits nope

Water way on track

Exercise - maybe T25 after working 14 hours. If I don't die from being so sleepy!

Gosh I have been so crazy busy lately, I feel like I barely get on here.  It's also already 1 and I haven't been able to eat lunch yet., probably b/c I prioritized getting to the gym.  Hungry!

B:  Premier Protein chocolate shake with a shot of Miralax

L:  Spinach and feta chicken sausage with roasted asparagus

S:  Dannon Light & Fit Blueberry Greek yogurt

D:  Not sure.  Maybe eat light with some beef jerky and carrots

W:  On schedule

V:  On track

E:  30 minutes (1.25 miles) walk during lunch, 2-3 mile walk later this evening
