Hey everyone. I hope your Saturday is treating you right. I walked a 5K this morning and the weather was PERFECT for it. Great to be outside enjoying the sun. Not too much else planned for today except driving to the women's shelter and donating gobs and gobs of clothes. Oh, and I have a massage this evening. Woo Hoo!

exercise: 52:09 5k RACE for a total of 3.14 miles
