I am feeling extremely down today. TGIF. But really nothing is interesting me

B: Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt, Coffee, creamer

L: Left over taco meat, baby swiss cheese, mustard

S: Dannon Light and Fit yogurt

D: Tuna Salad, cheddar 3 triscuits

S: Sugar Free Jello

E: On track

BUT ALL I WANNA DO IS GO BACK TO BED

Sorry to hear that you're having a bad day. Sleep in a little tomorrow if you can. 

Here's my plan for today:

B: Miso soup with tofu

L: Scrambled eggs, cucumber salad

D: Sauteed chicken tenders, steamed broccoli, tomato salad

S: 2 Medjool dates

V: Take them at lunch

W: On track

E: (Sigh.)

B: Frozen Quest bar lemon

L: 1/2 raw sweet red pepper stuffed with packet of Starkist tuna creations, smoked hickory with nothing added to it, so delicious

S: Dannon Light and Fit yogurt - toasted coconut

D: Not sure yet, possibly sashimi

S: No sugar added fudgsicle or two

I'm so glad it's Friday. I don't have any big plans for the weekend but my work schedule has been so hectic recently that I really need the weekend to relax.

D: 2 oz Pesto Ranch Chicken and strawberries

Yesterday was amazing and then turned into a flaming pile of poo.  No idea if I'll feel like eating at all today.  Sigh.
