Heading to see my surgeon this morning for my 3 month follow up, hopped on the scale and finally in Onederland! My weight loss has been a little slow compared to others, but I was told that ahead of time with a revision surgery weight loss would be slower! I'm so happy with this sleeve, I could not have lost this weight without the surgery! I feel so much better and normal without the band! It's nice to have a normal full feeling instead of choking and vomiting! Last night our support group had Rocky Alexander as a guest speaker, he was so inspirational and informatively! For those of you not familiar he has a FB page called Rocks Kithcen, lots of great recipes and support! Have a wonderful day everyone😊

Woohoooo for Onederland!  I always say that getting into the "Ones" crosses such a psychological barrier for many of us.  It makes it feel "real" and that goal is absolutely possible :-)

Congratulations! I've always felt that slow weight loss is good. Our new stomach takes time to heal. I tried looking up Rocks Kitchen on FB, but there's only one person from Germany? There is a Rocky Alexander from New York who's a life coach? Keep up the good work.

Congrat's on your good work, I know what it feels like to lose slow. but that's ok, it's happening. I have lost 29 lbs since my surgery on 2/12/15 and that's ok. Can't wait for onderland. working on it everyday. Keep staying strong. I figure I might get to goal by Nov., it's all good
