Ok, joined Back on Track Together, and adding to my blog -- must "restart the engine" and get the scale moving again. I've been struggling with the Carb Monster.  No more "Low Carb This" or "Low Carb That".

We're at this early today!  Good for planning.  Today is my surgiversary so Happy Surgiversary to Me!!!  I have been at or below goal since Feb 6 and couldn't be happier!  

B:  steelcut oats (cooked in unsweetened almond milk) - my favorite breakfast

S:  siggi's strawberry yogurt

L:  salad with turkeybreast, lite dressing

S:  animal crackers 

D:  1/2 Pork chop, veg

S:  WW frozen raspberry treat

I started a fitness challenge yesterday and I feel so good about finally getting back in gear with exercise!

D: I'm not sure yet... probably burritos (minus the tortilla for me)

E: 20 minutes on the bike this morning, 30 minutes jogging/walking this evening, and then some other exercises to try and tone some muscles especially my very saggy butt :)

Today is a great day.  I hit 180!  Woo!  And I ran, and did yoga, and yay!

3: pre-choir yogurt?  I don't know, I ate meal 2 really late.

exercise: 43:09:02 5k training for a total of 2.21 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class
