Today is my Three-Month Surgiversary! :-)
Three months ago today, I had my VSG Surgery. I have lost 61.4 pounds as of today, 19.8 Pre-Op and 41.6 Post-Op. I have also lost more than half of my excess weight and arrived in Onederland in this third month. I have been reporting my NSV's as I have been going along, making sure that I put as much emphasis on those as what the scale says.
I am so very thankful I had this Surgery!
