So thankful that we have this site to help with our journey. I have learned a lot from people here. My support group is also helpful at my hospital, we meet monthly can't wait for next one. Have a good day everyone.

I agree. Everyone is so helpful. And I especially like the members who don't hesitate to tell you what you need to hear.

yes. and no it's no joke it's a whole new lifestyle I had a lot of questions in the beginning but they hung in there with me. We're going to be just fine. Enjoy your journey

I'm so thankful that this wonderful site is around. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for this site. I too have a support group at the hospital where I had my WLS at.

Highest Weight: 565 pounds (around 1999), Highest BMI: 94

Pre-op Weight: 476.40 pounds (2 weeks before {05/25/2010} VSG surgery), Pre-op BMI: 79.3

Lowest Weight: 153.5 pounds (as of 07/10/2013), Lowest BMI: 25.5

Current Weight: 350.75546 pounds (351 lb 0 oz./159.1 kilograms (as of 04/22/2019), Current BMI: 58.3

I started using this site 2010 when I had my Lap band..It was always the best ting I had to learn from and people were always helpful and supporting. Now the same applies since I started my new journey of VSG last Dec.2014. I recommend it to many people that I run into  that needs help with WLS. I use the other forims for recipes and nutrion also.
