Week 3: Pureed foods

Is tuna and other soft meats of the same consistency considered pureed? I'm struggling to figure out my diet for pre-op. Any help would be appreciated. What were some of the thing you all ate during the pureed foods week? Thanks in advance

it should be ok if it went thru the food prossesr , ask your nut

 every plan is different

 my plan skipped the purred and went to all foods after 2 weeks starting with softer stuff like fish

I pureed everything with a stick blender or mini processor.

I always meant to try the ricotta bake recipe that everyone loves.. I even bought the ingredients for it.  But I never got around to it since I always had plenty of food from what I cooked for my family for dinner!

Age: 64; 5' 5"; High weight: 345; Start weight: 271 (01/05/15); Surgery weight: 218 (05/27/15); Pre-Op (-53); M 1 (-18); M 2 (-1.5); M 3 (-13.5 ); M 4 (-13); M 5 (- 8); M 6 (-12) M 7 (-5, Xmas); M 8 (- 9) Under surgeon's goal and REACHED HEALTHY BMI 12/07/15!! (Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!

Check out Eggface's site - she has a section on pureed food - and her Ricotta Bake is delicious!
