7 months today.....snacking again

I went for my checkup on tuesday and was told to stay at 5 or 6 meals a day to keep my insulin leveled. She also said to stop trying to get more and more protein in and to eat more good carbs, like fruits and veges. She said for my height that i needed 40 to 60 grams of protein a day. So since then ive been eating more fruits and veges and a little less protein and have been loosing a pound a day. Very weird...
