I actually did sleep in!  First day with no alarm in forever.  I think I woke up at 9 and didn't get out of bed until 10.  Then I ran and stretched and I'm going to spend the rest of my day reading.  I can't wait.  I haven't had a day with no out of the house plans in forever and the idea of just reading for 5-6 hours seems magnificent!

GOOD for you, sleeping in AND having a reading day. I can see how wonderful that would be as I love to read too! :-) Kay

I'm thinking about focusing a bit closer on food etc. and potentially pushing to shed another 5 lbs.  My food hasn't been bad, but I am enjoying more nonplan food -- fun recipes, date nights, pizza w/ my kiddo.  The scale has still been my friend, but IDK.  But I took a ppi today and am hoping that helps with the ravenousness I have been experiencing.

5 years 1 month post op (judge but not to harshly lol) I'm back on OH to get back on track, and posting what I eat is a good way to open my eyes and give me that kick start to get back to eating healthy.

B: 1/2 cup creamed spinach

S: 1 toaster strudel (yup lol)

L: spicy seafood ramen (way more than I should have)

S: ?

D: ?

V: Doing them right now

W: Does ice count?

E: None yet but I will get up and do my squats, plank, push ups, and free weights in the next 5 mins.

Tomorrow I am starting a sugar detox, I let my sweet tooth get the better of me over the past year :(
