You're right about the weather!! It was snowing on my way in today!! I no longer have winter coats that fit!

I'm having an issue with ground beef and ground turkey! I made turkey sloppy joes last week and I could barely stomach them! Over the weekend I could barely get down a slider sized hamburger and last night I bailed on my meatballs! I have never been picky! I appreciate this forum even more so now to gather other ideas!!

B: Cottage Cheese

S: Skinny Pop

L: Salad w/chick peas and chicken

D: http://bastone.net/br/dinner-menu - probably mussels or steak salad

Ugh to the snow. Keep that stuff with you. I'm much more in the mind for sitting by the pool than dealing with snow. I sometimes have times where I have "small stomach" days. That's what I call them at least. Nothing really seems to go down well and a portion size that the week before wasn't any problem suddenly can't be tolerated at all. Maybe that's what is happening to you too?

Hopefully chicken is still going down ok for you or maybe seafood? I don't eat anything that lives in the water so I rarely actually think of that as a food option :)

I have noticed that I do have small stomach days.....I think you're on to something with that!

What is funny is I have never been a huge fan of chicken & now thank goodness for chicken! It tastes great right now!!!

What a day.  I had my evaluation/assessment with my personal trainer today, so I'll start training next week.  I'm opting to do this once a week for an hour and we'll see how that goes!  I signed up and paid for 20 sessions today.

I also spent some time bonding with my Fall schedule and wow, I'm going to be very, very busy once school starts.  Full time student + full time obesity recovery..
