12 Weeks Post-Op Today! :-)
TWELVE weeks ago today, I had my VSG Surgery. I have lost 60.3 pounds as of today, 19.8 Pre-Op and 40.5 Post-Op. I lost 3.7 pounds this past week. My Scale Victory was this past week that I have lost half of my excess weight...FitBit tells me I have lost 52% of my excess weight! My NSV for this week:
-Two days in a row last week, the scale went up instead of down. I had followed my Eating Plan both days, so I did not let it get to me, no panicking, no reacting (a major breakthrough for me). The third day, scale down!
I am so very thankful I had this Surgery!
