I haven't been on here much lately. My food has been good, but I think remaining in this community is important!

B: deviled egg - whole one
L, split pea soup (so mad I forgot to put the protein powder in it), tiny salad with blue cheese crumbles, beets (2), chik peas like 15.
S; 2 mini slim jims
D: since I forgot my damn protein powder in my soups which was going to have for dinner also - PP shake and greek yogurt
S; 100 cal protein shake.
It seems like a lot of food but the calories are under 690. I juuuust met my protein for the day too. Damn hate when I forget my protein powder!

I am three years out this week and gym 5-6 days a week- so i consume a little more food
