Tasty chewable bariatric vitamin?
I used Centrum Silver chewable before surgery and thought it was okay tasting but it doesn't have the 200% recommended values for lots of the vitamins. I tried samples of Bariatric Advantage Multi-vits and thought I liked the orange but now that I am taking them twice a day (after surgery) I can barely choke them down. They taste horrid to me. I also can't stand their mint calcium citrate. I do like their orange calcium chews - although don't like the 45 calories for them and like their berry iron pill.
Any recommendations for a good tasting bariatric multi-vit? I do realize that everyone has different tastes but would still like input! Thanks!
I never found anything to be particularly tasty. If Centrum doesn't suck - that's probably the best you're going to get. Another alternative are vitamin patches. I'm a big fan of Patchmd.com, and they always have a 40% off coupon circulating, making them only $12/month.

Im looking for vitamins post op as well right now I take regular one and a d3 supplement and biotine there are so many opinions on vitamins I like the gummy ones lol any of those that are.good.enough? And I will need d3 right and iron? Right now I'm good.on iron and d3 too I'd say but I'm taking d3 2 1000 gel tabs a day is that a good dose? Any help appreciated.....
I've been taking 2 Centrum chewables without iron since surgery and I had my 4 month check up and all my blood work came back great. I like the flavor and they are very smooth to chew. I getting reading to start taking a new multi now that I can swallow. Its called Simply One Women Triple Power made by Super Nutrition. They are huge pills, I might have to cut them in 1/2.
I really like my Celebrate chewables. You can order samples via their site. They come with a coupon for your next order that effectively makes them free.

I got BariMelts on Amazon. They taste fine and you can either chew them or let them melt in your mouth (it takes a while). I found them because I can't have artificial sweeteners or stevia. They're made with monk fruit. They taste....actually pretty damn good. It's help keep me on schedule with my vitamin-taking!!! They also have good calcium citrate melts.
Plus, if you've got Prime, they get to your door in two days, free!
