Ran it through MFP, 356 cal, 47 carb, 41 protein (with skim milk), 23 sugar, 8 fiber. This would make a lot, and I wonder if half would be more typical for the weight loss phase? It totally meets my protein to calorie ratio, so if I scale down the portion a tad it works fine.
