Gwen, Les Mills is just awesome. I still keep in touch with a couple of instructors that were part of a gym I used to belong to in Florida. They instruct as a secondary job. New releases every 2mths I think, and so very in to making sure instructors are doing things correctly and the workouts are very effective from the least impact to the hard core!
I'd love to get back in to classes here, but the closest are a 30min drive away. I desperately need the CXworks classes again and get this stomach shrinking!
