50 lbs is HEAVY

I've lost more than 100 lbs. People comment about it every day and i am proud of the decisions and hard work that got me this far, but it still seems unreal to me most of the time. Last night I was struggling with a 50 lb. bag of dog food. After getting it in my cart, through checkout, in my car, in my house and poured into the dog food bin, I was out of breath and realized that I used to carry more than the equivalent of TWO of those heavy bags on my body!
That stuff happens often. I'm constantly having to change my thinking about what looks good on me to even phases I use. I'm standing on the golf tee the other day and said referring to myself "come on Tubby hit a good one" I've said that for years. My customer was with me and he goes "dude your not fat"....and I'm like I'm not am I.......My mind accepting these changes are here to stay is my biggest challenge. Congratulation to everyone on here, its amazing.
Great job! It's amazing isn't it.
