First day in weeks I'm not ashamed
to post! Been off the rails since Easter! With that and my daughters Communion it's been a whirlwind of parties, candy and cake and I cracked...can't say "no thank you", and that's what got me to 285!! Ahhhh....anyway, here goes...
B: chike shake and P3 pack
L: half cup broccoli cheddar soup and 1/4 apple
S: 1 T peanut butter and iced coffee
D: small slice of pizza and salad
S: cashews
didn't graze today or eat sweets! WIN
