2nd day of trying to cut carbs:

B: Muscle Milk (11oz) Coffee

L: Seafood Salad (4oz) strawberries

D" Leftovers (roast beef or beef stew) butternut squash

S: Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt

 

E: Exhausted, probably not

W: on track

V: on track

I need to cut back on the unhealthy carbs - it hasn't affected my weight yet, but I know it's only a matter of time...

B:  steel cut oats

S:  banana and animal crackers

L:   hoping to share a chicken stir fry with my husband

D:  Pork chops, veg

S:  fresh fruit assorted berries, pineapple

E:  hopefully a walk but I'm also exhausted lately...maybe it's the rise in pollen?

Had a VERY planned off-track weekend that was awesome, but now I am back ON track! My sister turned 24 and I booked us a hotel room, and took her to our first country concert....it was awesome! Needless to say we drank, ate pizza and sweets. I know it's mostly just glycogen stores and water weight, but I was up 6lbs after a long weekend. Got back on track Monday, and am down almost all the way.

B: iced coffee with cream

L: bowl with a spoonful of black beans, beef, chicken thigh, chicken sausage, slice of plantain, hot sauce. Brazilian food is my favorite!

S: probably a protein shake

D: chicken or beef with roasted veggies over salad

S: possibly a Dannon Light n Fit Greek yogurt

My appetite did not come back after my surgery on Monday,

So I'm only eating about half my usual serving

Breakfast - chicken with bacon and sour cream, pudding

Lunch - buffalo chicken casserole with wheat thins

Dinner - philly cheese steak sloppy joes, more pudding

Vitamins - back on track

water - good

exercise - just walking around the house for now...

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

S: Chike Iced Latte Protein Drink

L: a sandwich made from OOpsie Bread (google it, I love it) low fat provalone cheese, lean lunchmeat and light mayo.

D: haven't decided yet but will include some steamed veggies

exercise: 2 mile walk at lunch

W: still struggling but work towards 60 oz. 

 

In maintenance and eating between 1200 and 1400 calories

L: Green salad w/shredded cheese, black olives, 1/2 hard-cooked egg, 2 Tbsp. pepper parmesan dressing

D: 2 oz. sauteed chicken tenders, green beans, fresh tomatoes with balsamic vinegar

S: Tangerine

 

E: None: must start a program of swimming and walking
