Vitamins
Please don't listen to your NUT on this. Flintstones are very incomplete. We need something that has 200% of most vitamins and minerals and Flinstones are missing 1/3 of those.

I am no longer on liquid vitamins. Before my surgery, I asked the clerk at the Vitamin Shoppe for the things on my surgeon's list. I brought everything in to show my surgeon. There was one mistake and my doctor told me to take it back. (The liquid calcium had unnecessary carbs.) I brought it back even though I had taken some and told them what my doctor said. They apologized and exchanged it.

Before you spend too much money on vitamins, check with your surgeon. He or she may have preferences for what kind of bariatric vitamins you should take. My surgeon wouldn't let me even take vitamins until after my 4-week post-op checkup. The approved vitamins were available for sale through his office or at drugstores or online.
