L; Beef stew with carrots. strawberries

D: Either Leftover Roast beef with butternut squash or tuna salad with chedder and butternut squash.
V; Behind and will not be able to catch up but I will do the best I can.

I'll play but mine is pretty boring (just started full liquids yesterday)
B: thin Cream of Wheat made with Vanilla Premier Protein shake for the liquid
B2: drank rest of shake
L: Nostimo yogurt with 1 pkt. Truvia
S: Syntrax Nectar lemon Tea
D: Homemade cream of mushroom soup with added protein powder
S: sugar free vanilla pudding
