Hello All,

I have been having a hard time with getting my water in but recently found Crystal Light Sweet Tea and I love it! Do any of you have any other suggestions for what would be good to drink?

Sugarfree popcicles always went down great. Try hot liquids or cold, different flavors. It may not be what you liked before surgery, either.

The first week out I could ONLY stomach warm peppermint tea and some broth....mostly tea.  After the 2nd week I started the Walmart brand water drops (like MIO) but in black tea raspberry flavor.  While I used to drink a TON of water before surgery, not it tastes metallic which I have heard is pretty common.  Good luck and just keep sipping!

Its hard in the beginning to drink all your water. Just take small sips and try different temperatures of water. I have to agree with the others, sugar free popsicles were great, vitamin water Zero and decaf tea. Good luck.
