Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Tuesday
Another beautiful day here in Maryland before I head up to PA tomorrow. I went running in the Spring drizzle this morning and it was fantastic. I've also sort of been bouncing around the idea of becoming a fitness instructor for the last few weeks and today I actually looked at the offerings the local community college has for that. Lots of things to think about.
1: 1/2 frankenshake, cheese stick (it was late and close to lunch)
2: sushi and seaweed salad
2.1: 1/2 frankenshake, pop corners, cheese stick
3: one skillet paleo mediterranean chicken, roasted potatoes
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:06:33 5k training for a total of 3.36 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)
