I'm glad to be back at work. I am ready to begin my new daily regimen. I honestly believe sitting at home was hurting more than it was helping. I will go to my car at lunch time and take a nap though.

Do you have an option to work from home? If not, and you need to be in the office, just be sure to LISTEN to your body. When you are tired, STOP. (Of course, have a talk with your boss about it first, LOL).

I agree, I think I felt better and recovered faster by getting back into my normal work routine. I also had to take a nap as soon as I got home, but I felt so much better being at work than laying on the couch in my pajamas.
