Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!

I'm getting ready for my tummy tuck on Monday. I'm having lunch with the kids and grandkids tomorrow if everyone is healthy and  I'll have brunch with friends on Sunday.

Breakfast -  thai chicken thighs

Lunch 1 - I can't remember!

Lunch - buffalo chicken and wheat thins - yum

Dinner - left over BB ribs and potatoes

vitamins - off due to upcoming surgery

water - good

exercise - I'm taking a day off

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

My protein powder says not to put it in anything that is over 140 degrees. Are you adding your protein powder to the beaten egg and cooking it? Can you taste the protein powder?

Yes. I beat both the egg and protein powder together. I haven't noticed any problems with clumping. It does slightly change the texture of egg but it doesn't bother me. I don't taste the protein powder so it's an easy way for me to sneak in a few more grams of protein.
