I'm planning on running my 4th 5k tomorrow and I'm really excited about that. I have a plan - I'll do my intervals (9:1) for the first 2 miles and then I hope to really pu**** for the last mile. I hope it works! I really want this one to be under 50 minutes, and closer to 45 would ROCK.
Today I had planned to do PiYo, Tai Chi, and Pilates, but I woke up so sore from my fitness class last night that I opted to just do Tai Chi. I want to be able to move tomorrow morning for my race :P

Umm, nothing too exciting. I plan to get a massage on Saturday and that will be nice. Unfortunately, I need to work for a few hours on Sunday. I'm pretty much just monitoring some activities happening so I will probably use that time to do laundry and other chores around the house.
Good luck tomorrow! It sounds like you have a solid plan and I bet you kick butt. I can't wait to see your post tomorrow with your course time.
Yay for massages! I keep forgetting, but I'm getting one on Sunday. I can't wait. I'm splurging for a belated birthday present and getting a two hour massage instead of my usual one hour massage.
And ugh, laundry. Always laundry, eh? It never, ever ends. And I'm pretty sure that 1/2 of my laundry is exercise clothing :P

Hey there! Here is the recipe I use......however I use rotisserie chicken in place of the ground beef or turkey. I also add a can of navy beans. I like it thicker....more like a chowder! I also don't cook the onion in the fry pan before hand, I just throw it in raw and it cooks great!
