I am so freaking happy to be back home.  My partner and I spent the day building our new Lego creation!  Yay!

exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

B - wrap with lavish flatbread (1/2), Cajun turkey, lettuce and sirachi

L- leftover pork loin chop, broccoli and instant mashed potatoes 

D- grilled thin steak and salad

looks like a lot but use fitness pal to track input and my new tummy can just be ale so much.  Love food as protein and not the powders

Today was my first day back to work, back to my computer & such after a 10 day vacation! I'm not sure why I left 86 and sunny for 43 and rainy! Lol!

B: Hunters Sausage & Cheese stick
