Lots of stress at work is making for managing OP evening difficult. I need a therapy appt I guess: My last one got cancelled.

 

B: Kashi Go Lean Crisp, 1% milk, coffee

L: tuna salad, 1 oz cheddar, 1 stalk brocolli, 3 triscuits

S: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt

D: Crock Pot Beef and Carrot stew.

E: hope so, missed last night.

B-chicken salad thingy from Costco-shut up delicious!

L-lean ground beef patty with cottage cheese and cheese slice melted on top

S-asparagus or kiwi-haven't decided yet

L: mozzarella, prusciotto and basil roll with a few wheat thins (or perhaps something from the pot luck in the teachers lounge...)

E: I really suck at this...today it will probably be walking delivering Girl Scout cookies with my daughter.  But, I have had cookies in my house, in my car, in my classroom and in my office for 2 days and I haven't eaten a single one.

Today I just grabbed an english at the cafeteria - but no, i haven't tried the double protein english.  Have you?  Are they good?

I haven't tried them. I bought them and they went bad before I had a chance to try. I am not a real big fan of english muffins to begin with so I figure I could use them as a roll of some sort.

Struggling -- but 7 out of last 8 days have been on track.  Got recumbent bike last week and have been using it 2x a day. Also, started counselling last week.  Got to stay back on my program!
