It has been one week since i had surgery. I am down 14lbs. Im feeling better. The only part i hate is crushing my pills. It tastes so nasty. I can barely get them down. Dame with the acid pill i do it either with applesauce or pudding. Lol. Ppl can tell. Been trying to walk alot.

If nasty-tasting medicine is the worst part of your recovery so far, you are doing simply great!

The ASMBS says that we can swallow pills from day one - why are you crushing yours?  Are you having problems swallowing?
