Have you tried going to support groups or some other therapy alternative that is free or low cost? There might also be therapists near you who operate on a sliding scale for payment.

Our starting weights are very similar -- I will have to use your pre-op picture as my before picture because I don't have any of my own because I am also camera phobic (of COURSE I am kidding about using your picture!)
FYI, you do NOT look "very large." But, I think you know that somewhere deep down. The head stuff is pretty tough, right?

You look great! What an accomplishment you should be so proud! Keep up the good work and try to appreciate how far you've come.
I just wanted to add, too, that you should check and see if your employer has an EAP (employee assistance program). They offer free counseling for personal or work related issues so could be a good free resource for you. Good luck!
