what should my stomach be feeling like now?

I made it to 48 grams today, up from yesterday's 37. I've been looking at the sample daily eating plan and see where I can make up some of the difference I am missing. The powered milk additives to the yogurt is one way and drinking skim milk is another good way. I'm working hard to get to 60+.
