1 year anniversary tomorrow 4/8/14was my SD pics

I don't ughhhhh I'm sorry but by 7 months out i was at 145..  I will be honest listen to what the vets say and learn from them they are fan freaking tastic!!  Always underwater that sleeve as Frisco says get all your water and protein in and exercise!! You got this..  Xoxo

So PROUD of you!  You and 2 other women were my inspiration for having the surgery.  I read your posts, looked at your pictures and watched your progress religiously and I couldn't wait to get my sleeve.  I am 7.5 months out and I have lost 73 lbs with only 13 lbs. to go!  I can't believe it when I look in the mirror - I don't know that girl but I sure do like her!  Isn't it fun to CELEBRATE life instead of just enduring another day.  CONGRATULATIONS Kelly.
