Finally under 400
I am finally under 400 lbs and sitting pretty at 397 for the first time since i was 18. I am noticing a slow down in weight loss so i am trying to walk more. I got my water intake down but i need to work harder on not grazing. I am finding out i dont like to track my food intake so i kinda have to force myself to do it. chicken is very much out of the picture right now as are carbs due to my being a carb junky. I also need to cook at home more often then spending money on protein shakes at $4 a pop. Other than those things I am amazed on how far i made it. 120lbs is nothing to sneeze at.
Congratulations! You've done a fabulous job. Now start tracking you food daily--you can monitor the calories. I too don't like to cook but I am getting my kitchen remodeled to encourage me to do more cooking (just a new countertop). Just keep moving and tracking your food.

your doing great us super heavy weights have a harder time it harder to exercise, I do water aerobics it is easier on back and knees
I have been averaging only 5 lb lose a month for the last year but it is slowly coming down my surgeons goal is 208 but I would like 180 so I will stay in weigh lose phase till im happy as long as I stay healthy , I finally off all diabetes meds

premier protien shakes are a little more than $1.00 at Costco, but your better off with real food
I love 2 egg smoked salmon(2 oz) omelets 27 protien and it tastes great
I get all my carbs from fruits and veggies , I have a yobannana machine and make berry sherbet if you add the banana it is like soft serve but higher in cal

Congrats jejames2005! That is amazing! You worked very hard and 120 poundies is nothing to sneeze at I would love to be minus 120 poundies. Still that would put me in the overweight category for my height...however I would take it over 276 poundies in a second!
What do you mean when you say chicken and carbs are out of the picture. Do you eat veggies and fruit? Would you share an average days eating plan please?
