8 Months Post Op *PIC*

I was actually 8 months post op on March 30th but I was in the middle of a workout program that I wanted to finish before I took updated photos. So I'm down 114 lbs and I'm doing great! I still want to lose about 30 more and it's going slower and slower now but I'm still losing so that's all that matters. I've gone from a 3XL shirt to a L or XL and I've gone from a size 24 jeans to a 14 or 16. I'm hoping to get down to size M shirts and 12 jeans!

Wow great job. You definitely look like you have a great smile in the updated pics. Thanks for sharing your progress. This is the good stuff I'm shooting for myself. Great job.
