Re-heat Unjury Drink?

I'm 5 days out of surgery.  I can't drink a whole serving of the Unjury Chicken Flavor at one time.  The water is getting cold.  Its not as appetizing.  Can I reheat and keep the nutritional value?

You won't impact the nutritional value.  However, like any protein that you re-heat (think a piece of steak or chicken) the quality tends to not be so great the second time around.  And you'll probably experience more thickening or clumping of the protein powder in the drink.

You can - it'll work best if you reheat it slowly in a microwave (like 10 seconds at a time) or over a double boiler.

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question but just wanted to say hi when I saw that you're from Gastonia. I live in Cramerton and I'm waiting on my surgery date.

I remember I used to just make a half serving at a time, that way I could eat all of it in one sitting, and not have to worry about re-heating. Re-heating protein powder can do odd things to taste and texture.
