I treated myself to a two hour massage today since I missed March's massage due to being in PA helping my parents.  I can't remember the last time my entire body didn't hurt.  Blissful.  

1: frankenshake
2: eggs, potatoes, cheese scramble
3: sesame chicken thighs, stir fried veg

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (twist & align for back pain)

Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Age 42 Height 5'4" HW 319 (1/3/2014) SW 293 (3/13/2014) CW 149 (7/16/2017)
Next Goal 145 - normal BMI | Total Weight Lost 170

breakfast - salmon

Lunch1 - dim sum -totally off plan, yum

Lunch2 -  pulled pork and broccoli slaw

dinner - thai chicken thighs in peanut sauce

late night snack - (since I can't eat after midnight and my surgery isn't until noon) - buffalo chicken and wheat thins

vitamins - on hold until after surgery (tomorrow! I'm so ready)

water - good

exercise - still doing the recumbent bike

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Hi everyone! I had a 2 hour massage yesterday as well and, Gwen, you are right. It IS blissful. I'm having to scramble a bit on my meals today. I planned to cook for lunch today and have the same thing for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, I forgot to take what I needed out of the freezer to defrost. Sigh.

L: 2 Ham, Cheese & Onion Bites

D: Mini Enchilada Cup (if things defrost in time)

S: Beef Jerky & Cheese Stick

W&V: On track

E: Hope to get a walk in later today. The weather is great for it.
