constant cold feet and hands
I am actually looking forward to being cold. I currently create enough heat to warm a small country... or at least that is what my husband tells me. I can put clothes on... but I can only be so nekkid... just sayin'
I have to admit it is better than being sweaty and hot. At least I can layer up when needed. This past winter I traveled a lot to Boston. It was horrendous being out in the snow shoveling my rental car. Brrrrr!

I'm just south of Boston. The last of the !$@#&!! snow finally melted from my yard today! Finally! There are still big mountains of it in all the parking lots though.

I'm in Boston now. Leaving out of Logan tomorrow. It's supposed to be really nice next week! My boyfriend lives in Milton. Are you close? I work in Burlington when I'm here.

I am with you. I am so enjoying being cold since getting my Sleeve. I was so uncomfortably hot before, it was miserable. I can add layers now...it is a great side benefit to the VSG Surgery that I did not expect. :-)

I'm freezing all the time. Last summer I ran my office floor heater constantly, even when it was over 90 degrees outside. In fact, the heater is running now.
I also have had to sleep with socks on and a robe because my heavy down comforter isn't warm enough anymore. Freaky sensation.

I finally broke down and bought an electric blanket because it took me so long to warm up the bed at night until I was warm enough to sleep. Now I'm toasty. I also invested in some silk long underwear - which I highly recommend. Its thin, but it does the job.
Plus New England had an exceptionally cold winter this year.
best wishes

I have silk underwear, silk sock liners and silk glove liners. For the first year I had gloves with the fingers cut out that I used for the computer keyboard. I had surgery in October, froze all that winter and finally warmed up some when I spent time lying in the sun the next summer. I still need an electric blanket year round and still get freezing feet quite often.
