Going in wednesday for TT/pani
Good luck, but why the rush? You are barely a year out and according to your ticker, not at your goal yet. If you lose more, you could mess up the results.

is it safe to get plastic surgery? I thought you had to be at goal for a year first?

Some surgeons require at least a stable weight for 6 months, others do not. I was self-pay so I waited until I was at goal 18 months. I wanted to be sure I could maintain my weight. I was not spending that kind of money to risk messing it up!!

I had plastics 11 months after my VSG. I saw the doctor for a consult 5 months before the surgery. He was confident that I only needed to lose about 10 more lbs from that point, so said the timing was ok.
I think being stable is good and not wanting to lose more is good. I was super happy to get it out of the way and done with. By 1 year out from VSG I was like a new woman.
