I am 6 months out today and i am FINALLY over the 1 month stall that I had.  I am now 73 lbs lighter and feeling wonderful.  SO GLAD I did this surgery.  No regrets.  Can't wait to make it to goal!

@Lovemygs - You will get through it.  I know exactly how you feel.  I didn't think I would ever break the stall, but I have, so you can too.  People on here suggested that I vary my exercise routine or eating habits.  I think changing up my eating habits worked more than anything.  Good luck to you!
